Obama to nominate three for key administration posts

President Barack Obama plans to nominate these individuals for administration posts: Anne S Ferro, administrator, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, Department of Transportation; Ernie DuBester, member, Federal Labor Relations Authority; and Julia A Clark, general counsel, Federal Labor Relations Authority. Ferro served as Maryland’s Motor Vehicle Administrator between 1997 and 2003, where she established a record in highway safety, regulatory compliance, and agency leadership.
