Grease guards against salt-related corrosion

BP Lubricants Americas has announced the introduction of Castrol Pyroplex Protection ES, an anti-corrosion formula, extended-service grease designed to shield against salt-related corrosion. Castrol Pyroplex Protection ES is a synthetic, lithium complex grease designed for on-highway and off-road environments. It is suitable for salt-spreaders, trucks, buses, and other heavy-duty equipment where extended service and maximum wear/corrosion protection is required. The “stay-in-place” ability combined with mobility and high-pressure performance enables Castrol Pyroplex Protection ES to extend service intervals and reduce wear and tear on moving parts all year long.
