Oklahoma Tank Lines/United Petroleum Transports has named Kenny Williams as 2009 Professional Driver of the Year, according to Greg Price, president and chief executive officer. “After 30 plus years, Kenny Williams has extensive knowledge of his profession and demonstrates his abilities in a sound and skillful manner.
